I know some might be asking who is Acora White and what makes them good or relevant in the music world overshadowed by gangster rap. Yes that's me the misunderstood unorthodox type that's probably easily overlooked for not fitting into those socializing groups because I decided to become transgender so they don't want to understand me, so why would they want to even listen. People that want to listen to mainstream artist in 2022 tend to want to listen to main stream rappers. Shoot me if I'm lying and so how then does my music reach out and connect to people that don't even want to understand me as a human being in the first place. 

I can't help that I am who I am and have experienced the hate that many people give you for being different. I ask my self that all the time and don't have the answer for how I can relate to people out there because they want the ugly fucked!! up stuff. People!! we need something different and I know I am the one that can deliver what the world needs right now witch is a new magnetic sound all together. All I can do now is hope that there is enough room for what I love and want to share in the world through my music.

Pretty much most people in normal society where I'm coming from just socialize with people with gangster rap mentality or main stream pop zombies, like I got to get the best selling record and everything else don't even matter.  Born in Flint MI, I started recording samples in my grandmothers basement using my moms karaoke and a mike at the time. Also was using a little boombox radio my grandmother got me for Christmas. 

I ended up tripping my self and it down the basement steps and it broke in half shattering on the concrete floor at the bottom. Later on got myself a piano that's still in use today 17 years later. I have learned by myself over the years how to record my own music because all I had was myself and no money to learn.

I also didn't have any clicks that were into the same stuff I was into at that time and even tell today I am pretty much still a loner. Now I am trying to find ways to connect with others while still being my self but that still hasn't worked out very much. I made an album last year and it was my first album but it was not a vocal record. It was only an instrumental album with sounds. Just look up (Acora White (The Time Is Now Through The Door)

Before that album was released I had already planed on doing it as a vocal record but things changed and I didn't have the set-up at the time to sing it in a studio booth I was almost finished building at my old house. I had to move and was in an unhealthy place in life and it only got worse. Now things are a little better because I now have a recording booth that I built all by my self. Now I can finally use my voice on my next record that I am currently working on. This is one of those songs I just did for the album but not sure yet if it will make it on the track list of ABM coming soon.

 The Herriman's Family Restaurant

 Still Sits Abandoned in Mount Morris, MI

Genesee County 

This family restaurant once served as a food lounge for chips fish and Ice cream back in the 70s and 80s. I explored this place pretty recently and always being reminded of how cool this building looked. I decided to film it on the same day I filmed 5 other locations and this one was my favorite on the list. I can only wonder how good the food was at the time and how many families had great dinners in this amazing place. 

I wish there was a time machine to go back to the early 70s and 80s when people were nicer and because I think that's what made the food even better. Not sure what this will become later but if I had the cash I would revitalize it and get fat! but that's not my dream, but would definitely eat there and try it. A NEW ALBUM Is Emerging called,,

THE TIME IS NOW, Through The Door,

It took me about a year and a half to complete it moving from 3 different locations at a time. The album genre is electronic only consisting of instrumental tracks and electric piano. It has 15 song tracks and total running time is 69 minutes. When I started creating it I intended to make it a vocal album but for financial reasons I had to create it without my vocals.

Every song I created and mastered the entire album about 4 sickening times before I felt it was as good as I could get it. Even though it still has a little RFI, and some electromagnetic sounds in it I tried to do my best. I am happy how it turned out and hope that people out there will enjoy it and get to know me.

There is something I tried to make for everyone on the album with different emotions throughout it to inspire ones mind for what inspired me to do it in the first place. The hope of getting to that brighter place in life from where we are stuck now is important to get there. To get out of a bad place was and still is my inspiration for creating most of those songs I think.

The name of the album was an idea that struck me that I had to do something with my life not being happy and being stuck in a dark place or places. THE TIME IS NOW,, For me to not only make a change in my life but hopefully be able to inspire and help others do the same through my work.

I really love the second track on the album. Its the last and final song I did the finishing touches on before submitting the album for distribution. I tried to make some powerful sounding tracks on the record for how I felt deeply. Tell me what tracks you like or what your favorite is.

They always say what makes your sound so special more then others. I just say my overall ability to do what I do best and that's to be original, sound original, oh?.. and definitely look and to think original. How many artist can say that they have the full package and want a distinctive sound.

Song is being released through Tune-core distribution with no record label. I have had no interviews yet for any thing so far in my career but am looking forward to sharing my creativity hopefully soon. Fill free to contact me by the link below or through my social medias for more information.

When people think of instrumentals I think most people see it as a half song with out words with little meaning or missing vocals. I see it differently because I can't do vocals at the moment the way I use to do. I was about to create a vocal album between 2017 and 2018 but my plans got delayed when the landlord wanted to sell the house. 

I just built a sound booth in the basement and almost had it completed but had to move out. My next location was smaller but I had a plan to rebuild again to do my dream of becoming a singer. That reality was shattered again when the mobile home park manager had us wrongfully evicted.

 I ended up in a real deal mobile home park with walls made of only plywood and metal even until this day of writing this blog. You can hear a pin drop next door because the teeny-tiny houses are like sardines in a can 5 feet apart. There was no way that I could afford thousands of dollars to create sound proof walls. 

Good thing is that I was already ahead of my time since living in my house with the basement. I always made up my instrumentals before laying vocals and had lot's collected overall. Why not take the ones I already had made that I was going to lay my vocals on my new album but instead create an instrumental album now do to my financial reason's. 

Its not like I have a choice now so to me its not just some instrumental for a movie sound track or for a throw away list because I couldn't sing at the moment. With my heart desperately filled with emotion more then ever and words I now have to express with out a voice but words wordless through emotional sound. I was going to have to create an album with sound only until I could afford a million $s to do my dream to sing. 

I do have the album now completed and there will be another blog telling you when its coming out and what its about. The album is called "THE TIME IS NOW"

New Song Instrumental Supersonic Available And Unreleased By Acora White

 Unreleased music from underground artist in Burton MI just released new song.  

Supersonic is the name of the track now available to hear on YouTube for free. I found this song hidden in my many already made and used up instrumentals i created. I was surprised when i heard it at first. I was amazed that it sounded good but it ended really fast. I then realized that i made it not to be a song but rather a quick intro. It has a rugged edge tone and a hyped theme. Any way i hope someone will enjoy it while i am figuring out what my next move and project is. The link will be below for video hope you enjoy.

My Abandoned K Mart once a place where i use to get my CDs 5 years ago is now condemned. This place is now forgotten but at the early stages of death decay. Abandoned K Mart in Flint MI, Miller Rd. Is your K mart Still around let me know or let me know if you want more of these types of videos. My first exploration of a abandoned place and maybe my last.
